Finding analytics
Analytics doesn't have its own tab. The headline numbers are on your Dashboard home in the stats strip — questions answered, orders and conversations over the last seven days — and each tile links through to the full view.
For everything, click View full analytics on the stats strip, or the Analytics tile under Run your business.
What's on the page
Two halves, and they work independently.
- Assistant engagement — questions answered and conversations, each comparing a recent window against a longer one, with a daily bar chart. This works whether or not you sell anything.
- Revenue and orders — charts, a day-by-day table and totals, drawn from Stripe. Until Stripe is connected this half shows a prompt to connect it instead of numbers.
💡 Pro tip
Conversations without orders is the number worth watching. Lots of conversations and few orders usually means the assistant is missing something people need before they'll buy — add it to Knowledge and watch the ratio move.
