How verification works
After you add a domain, Raglie checks that you control it by looking for DNS records only its owner could add.
- You're given specific records — usually a CNAME, sometimes an A record
- You add them at your DNS provider
- Raglie checks for them
- Once found, the status changes to Verified and the domain goes live
Stuck on "Pending"
- DNS changes take time — usually minutes, occasionally up to 48 hours
- Check the record values character by character; one wrong letter is enough
- Check the record's host field. Many providers want just
wwwor@rather than the full domain, and adding the whole thing creates a record in the wrong place. - Give it an hour before assuming something is wrong
Showing "Failed"
- Confirm the records are still there — some providers drop them on other edits
- Check nothing else is overriding them, such as an old A record for the same host
- Remove the domain and add it again to get a fresh set of records
- If it still won't verify, contact support with your domain name
