Size and option presets

Save a configuration once and reuse it across your catalog.

What presets are

A preset is a saved set of sizes or options you can drop onto any item. Instead of typing the same three sizes onto every drink you sell, you save them once as "Drink sizes" and apply them in a click.

Creating one

  1. Open any item — new or existing
  2. Add your sizes or options the normal way, with + Add size or + Add option
  3. Once it looks right, click Save as preset
  4. Give it a name you'll recognise later ("Drink sizes", "T-shirt sizes")
  5. Save — it's now available on every item in your catalog

Applying one

  1. On any item, click Use preset in the Sizes or Options block
  2. Pick a preset from the list
  3. Its sizes or options are applied to the item. You can still edit them afterwards — a preset is a starting point, not a link.

Applying one to many items at once

  1. Go to Catalog (called Menu if your business type is restaurant)
  2. Tick the items you want to change
  3. In the actions bar at the bottom, choose Apply size preset… or Apply options preset…
  4. Pick a preset and confirm

This is by far the fastest way to set up a catalog you've just imported.

Deleting one

  1. Click Use preset to open the list
  2. Hover the preset and click the trash icon
  3. Confirm

Deleting a preset does not change items that already have those sizes or options on them. It only removes the preset from the list.
