What each metric means

Questions answered, conversations, revenue and orders.

Assistant engagement

Questions answered

How many questions customers asked your assistant. This is the clearest measure of whether it's earning its place โ€” every one is a question you didn't have to answer yourself.

Conversations

How many separate people started a conversation. Compare it with questions answered: a high ratio of questions to conversations means people are engaging properly rather than asking one thing and leaving.

Daily activity

A bar per day, so you can see when people actually engage. Often it isn't when you're open โ€” which is rather the point of having something that answers around the clock.

๐Ÿ”’ What isn't recorded

These are counts, not transcripts. What customers typed and what the assistant replied are deliberately not stored, so there are no conversation logs to read back โ€” here, or by anyone else. You'll never see the content of a customer's chat.

Revenue and orders

Drawn from Stripe, so they only appear once Stripe is connected.

Revenue

Total from successfully completed payments in the period. Failed and abandoned payments aren't counted.

Orders

The number of paid orders in the period, alongside an all-time total.

Daily breakdown

Revenue and order count per day, with your busiest day flagged. Useful for staffing and for spotting a pattern you hadn't noticed.

Time periods

The revenue and orders section can be filtered by:

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • This month โ€” from the 1st to today

Putting them to use

  • Track revenue trends to find your strongest days and seasons
  • Use the daily breakdown to plan staffing and stock
  • Watch conversations against orders โ€” a gap between them is usually a Knowledge gap
  • Compare periods after a change to see whether it actually helped
