What this does
By default your hosted page lives at yourbusiness.raglie.com. A custom domain lets it live at an address you own instead — yourbusiness.com.
This only applies to the hosted page. If you've embedded the assistant into a site you already have, it's already on your own domain and there's nothing to set up.
Setting it up
- Go to Settings → Site → Custom domain
- Enter the domain you want to use
- Click Add domain
- You'll be given DNS records to add
- Add them wherever you manage your domain — usually whoever you bought it from
- Wait for DNS to propagate, typically 5–60 minutes
- Once verified, the domain goes live and HTTPS is set up for you
⚠️ You'll need DNS access
You must own the domain and be able to edit its DNS records. If you're not sure how, your domain registrar or whoever built your website can add them in a couple of minutes — send them the records exactly as shown.
💡 Already using that domain?
If your main domain already points at an existing website, don't move it — you'd take that site down. Use a subdomain such as order.yourbusiness.com, or embed the assistant into the site you already have instead.
