Sizes and options

Let customers choose a size or add extras.

Sizes

Sizes are a single choice a customer must make — small, medium, large; 30 minutes or 60. Each one adjusts the item's base price.

  1. Open an item and find Customization options
  2. Click + Add size
  3. Name it
  4. Set the price change:
    • A positive number adds to the base price (+2.00)
    • A negative number takes off it (−1.00)
    • Zero leaves it alone

Options

Options are extras a customer can add — extra cheese, gift wrapping, a rush fee. Unlike sizes, they aren't mutually exclusive.

  1. In the same block, click + Add option
  2. Name it and set the price change, if there is one
  3. Mark it required if the customer has to choose

Examples

A pizza

  • Sizes: Small (+0), Medium (+3), Large (+6)
  • Options: Extra cheese (+2), Pepperoni (+3), Gluten-free base (+4)

A treatment

  • Sizes: 30 min (+0), 60 min (+35), 90 min (+60)
  • Options: Hot stones (+15), Aromatherapy (+8)
