What Raglie is
Raglie is an AI assistant you add to the website you already have. One script tag gives your site an assistant that answers customers' questions about what you sell, and — when you want it to — takes the order and completes the sale.
You teach it about your business in the dashboard: what you sell goes in the Catalog tab (called Menu if your business type is restaurant), and everything else it should know — hours, policies, common questions, documents — goes in the Knowledge tab. Then you paste one snippet into your site and it goes live.

Creating your account
- Sign up: Go to the Raglie homepage and click Get Raglie
- Enter your details: Your email address, your name, and a password
- Verify your email: Check your inbox and click the verification link
- Set up your business: You'll land on a short setup step — see Setting up your business
Your trial starts straight away and doesn't need a card.
What happens next
Once your business exists, the dashboard walks you through the rest:
- Add what you sell in the Catalog tab
- Teach the assistant about your business in the Knowledge tab
- Put it on your site with the embed snippet
- Turn on selling if you want to take orders — it's off to begin with

💡 Pro tip
Use a business email address you check regularly — it's where order alerts and account emails go by default. You can point notifications at a different address later in Settings → Business.
