How payments work
Everything is processed by Stripe. Raglie never stores or handles card details.
- Customers are charged when they place the order
- Funds reach your bank account on Stripe's normal schedule, typically 2–7 days
- Stripe handles security and compliance
- Every transaction is visible in your own Stripe dashboard
What customers can pay with
Whatever your Stripe account supports — major credit and debit cards, plus digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. You control this in Stripe, not here.
Refunds
Marking an order cancelled in Raglie does not refund it. Refunds are issued from your Stripe dashboard, which keeps one record of what was actually paid and returned.
